XR CIG – Research in Augmented and Virtual Reality

For our January meeting, presenters Dr. Frank Gomez, executive director of STEM-NET in the CSU Chancellor’s Office, and Dr. Wei Wu, department chair of Construction Management at Fresno State, discussed approaches to designing research and applying for grants related to AR/VR. The talk focused on finding research collaborators, appropriate funding sources, and how to write a successful multi-campus proposal.
